STRATEGIC HR MANAGEMENT COURSE

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
A 2-Day Training course designed to focus on the strategic approach to human resource management. This course aims to align HR strategies with the organizational strategy and ensure congruence in policies and practices across various HR areas with the practice of attracting, developing, rewarding, and retaining employees for the benefit of both employees as individuals and the organization.
