Program overview:

A positive attitude at work goes a long way towards improving the work environment, increasing productivity, and reducing workplace stress and waste. It is true that an employer can influence the work atmosphere; a positive outlook is the responsibility of both employers and employees alike. When employees are happy and positive, production goes up, people are more creative, and employees are more likely to work together as a team. This program is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills required to fully exploit their own creative potentials and enhance organizational performance and productivity. It will help reduce if not totally eliminate waste in the workplace.
