■: Make sure to take care of yourself physically and mentally. Get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, and do things that make you feel good, whether that’s practicing yoga, taking a bubble bath, or reading a good book.
■Be present: Try to be present in the moment and enjoy the little things. Don’t worry too much about what you need to do on Monday or what happened at work on Friday. Just enjoy the present moment and the people you’re with.
